KidsAbility
We were honored to support KidsAbility in their incredible mission to provide life-changing pediatric rehabilitation services to over 17,000 children and youth in Waterloo Region and Guelph Wellington.
Every day, KidsAbility offers hope, care, and unwavering support to families on challenging journeys, ensuring children have the chance to thrive close to home.
Through this donation, we stood alongside these families, believing in their strength and helping children reach their full potential.
As a community, we can continue to lift up these kids, giving them the opportunity to grow, succeed, and reach for their dreams.
Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region
Every step we took on November 30th was for the women who can no longer walk with us. Forbes Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac was honored to stand as a Silver Sponsor for the Voices Empower – Walk to Break the Silence, supporting the Women’s Crisis Services of Waterloo Region. Alongside a community of compassionate individuals, we walked six kilometers to honor the memory of women whose lives are lost every six days to femicide and domestic violence in Canada.
These numbers aren’t just statistics—they represent lives, families, and futures cut short. They’re a stark reminder of the work still ahead. By walking together, we united our voices to break the silence, advocate for change, and stand in solidarity with survivors and their families.
The conversation doesn’t end here. Let’s keep moving forward—both in steps and in action—toward a world free from violence. Together, we can break the silence. Together, we can create lasting change.
KW & SP Humane Society
We had the privilege of visiting KW & SP Humane Society and presenting a $5,000 donation to support the animals awaiting their forever homes. 💛🐾 From wagging tails to tiny paws and even a curious turtle, we were moved by the incredible care given to each of the 63 animals currently under their wing. This donation will help cover vital needs like vet visits, food, training, and fostering for these beautiful souls on their journey to adoption.
We’re honored to play a small part in their care and grateful for the team that dedicates their hearts to each animal’s well-being. Here’s to helping every pet find the loving home they deserve! 🐶🐱🐰
KW Kiwanis Club
We’ve always believed in the power of community and the magic of childhood memories. That’s why we were proud to support the Kiwanis Club in creating opportunities for young hearts in Kitchener-Waterloo. Through our contribution, Kiwanis Kids Day became a special event where children and families came together, played, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
We were also thrilled to support the Kiwanis Music Festival, where young talent blossoms and dreams take flight. By funding scholarships and music lessons, we helped open doors for aspiring musicians, regardless of financial background, and nurtured a community that celebrates the arts. Together, we made a difference and helped youth shine.
The Food Bank of Waterloo Region
Hunger in our community is growing, and The Food Bank of Waterloo Region is working tirelessly to ensure no one goes without.
With a $5,000 donation, they’re able to bridge the gap for families in need, keeping shelves stocked, supporting local agencies, and providing meals to those who need them most. Their work impacts over 120 community programs, reaching thousands of people every day.
However, hunger is hitting harder than ever. 58,600 people are now using emergency food services, a 45% increase from last year. Families, children, and seniors are struggling like never before.
We all have a role to play. Every dollar donated provides two meals, and together we can make a difference. Let’s support our neighbors and work towards a hunger-free community.
