FREE YOGA SUNDAYS AT FORBES MOTORS GM!

In the spirit of community, Alyssa and the Team invite everyone from the KW region to join us at Forbes Motors GM for yoga in the showroom. Instructors Julie Raineault and Sandra Van Dong will guide attendees through a soothing Sunday morning Yoga session focused on relaxing your mind and body. Yoga Sunday will be happening every Sunday from now until the end of the year, with the exception of long weekends.

 

GREAT NEWS! In addition to our 10am-11am session, we are now offering an evening session from 7:30pm-8:30pm!

 

Open to all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

 

2024 Closures are as follows:

• • Sunday, October 14th - Thanksgiving Weekend
    

• Sunday December 8th - Employee Holiday Event
• Sunday December 14th - *EVENING SESSION ONLY*
• Sunday, December 22nd & Sunday December 29th - Christmas Break

 

The TWO Sunday sessions will be held at 10am and 7:30pm. The showroom at Forbes GM will open 30 minutes before class. Attendees are reminded that they will need to provide their yoga mat and any yoga props that they need or would like to use.
